First time?

The new GAI Member Hub was launched in March 2022. If this is the first time you have used the new hub, you will need to follow the instructions below to gain access.

Getting started

The first time you log in to the new GAI Member Hub you will need to follow the instructions below:

  • Select ‘forgotten password’ and insert your GAI registered email address
  • You will be sent an activation email 
  • Check your inbox (and junk / spam boxes) for an email from us. Follow the link in the email, which will take you through to create a password. Once you press ‘submit’ you will be signed into your GAI Member Hub account.
