GAI shortlisted for three Trade Association Awards

The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) has been shortlisted in three categories of the UK Trade Association Awards 2024.

The awards, organised by the Trade Association Forum (TAF) and supported by the Department for Business and Trade, recognise and celebrate best practice among trade associations in the UK.

The Guild has been shortlisted as follows:

Magazine of the Year for the Architectural Ironmongery Journal (AIJ), which was relaunched in spring 2023.

Publication of the Year for the GAI’s innovative new Architect + Designer’s Guide to Architectural Ironmongery.

Best Association / Supplier Partnership for the Guild’s work with The Leader Marketing Partnership.

Guild president Kaz Spiewakowski said: “We are extremely proud to have been shortlisted three times in these prestigious and highly competitive awards.

“Together these reflect great credit on the work of the Guild team, and we look forward to discovering the winners in February.”

Announcing the shortlist, the Trade Association Forum said: “We had a record number of entries for the 2024 Awards, with a series of shortlisting panels meeting across December 2023 to select the very best in each category to put forward for the final shortlist.

“Congratulations to everyone who has made the shortlist – it’s a huge testament to the quality of your work over the past year!”

The final judging panel will meet in the new year to decide the winners, with the results announced at a ceremony in London on Thursday 22nd February 2024.
