The Construction Products Association has forecast that total construction output is forecast to grow by 1.1% in 2025 and 2.8% in 2026, which is a significant revision down from the 1.9% in 2025 and 3.7% in 2026 in the previous forecast.

The Construction Products Association has forecast that the fundamentals in the UK construction market remain essentially unchanged from three months ago, but the risks and uncertainties have increased significantly.
