Registered Architectural Ironmonger
Benchmark
Reg AI status is the benchmark standard for architectural ironmongery and one which lies at the very heart of what the Guild stands for – the highest possible standards of education and professionalism. Every architectural ironmonger is a qualified GAI Diploma holder and has been able to prove they are fully up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and legislation.

Maintaining
In order to ensure that every Reg AI’s knowledge is absolutely current, membership lasts for just three years. During this time, Reg AIs must persue a measurable Continuing Professional Development programme. At the end of three years, they must provide evidence that they have satisfied the CPD requirments as a demonstration that their knowledge is completely up-to-date.
