With a diverse portfolio of executive responsibility, Angie has contributed to all facets of accreditation and member benefits within associations. She has extensive experience in new market development, operations and technology. At the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in London and Singapore, Angie was responsible for launching education offerings into emerging markets, and opened CIMA’s first office in China in 2006. Angie has a BA (Hons) Business Studies from London South Bank University, and has completed a number of executive programs at INSEAD in Singapore.

Douglas became GAI Technical Manager in December 2014 and has worked in the hardware and ironmongery industry since 1989. His previous role was Regional Manager of MB Architectural Belfast for Lloyd Worrall Group/Macnaughton Blair where he spent ten years. Prior to that he worked for major players in the sector including Allgood plc and Laidlaw. He has gained experience in all aspects of the trade from trade counter, estimating, specifying, contract management and field sales through to Senior Management. He obtained a silver medal in the GAI Diploma in 2000 and joined the Executive Committee in 2008.
Rachel Tipton - Training and Development Manager

Rachel has worked in the architectural ironmongery industry for more than 28 years. She started her apprenticeship with Josiah Parkes & Sons (Union Locks) in the 1980s where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of manufacturing. She moved to Thomas Laidlaw in the early 1990s and also secured a silver medal for the GAI Diploma. During her 18 years at Laidlaw, Rachel worked in many roles throughout Sales and Customer Service giving her a wide range of experience and expertise across technical product knowledge, mentoring, management, building relationships with both internal and external customers, training and developing staff, contract management, selling to many blue chip companies, contractors and assisting architects to write specifications.

Davina has over 10 years accounting experience working within the construction, property, media, and law sectors as well as having working knowledge of the Ironmongery industry while working as a technical sales assistant, selling ironmongery and sliding doors systems for one of our GuildlMark members companies – Häfele UK back in 2008.
Neetta Brown - Marketing Manager

With over 10 years of marketing experience, Neetta has a wealth of knowledge and understanding within a range of different industries and sectors. Having previously worked for membership organisations such as the British Council for Offices and Investors In People, Neetta was responsible for developing marketing strategies for members as well as creating new avenues to help generate profit. Neetta graduated with a BA Hons in Retail Marketing from the University of Brighton in 2004.
